Nothing new in the 8K, but there will be some nervous nellies wanting out on Monday. Too bad for them ... seen this kind of thing many times ... it is important to note that the company IS continuing operations, IS still be funded, and IS NOT filing bankruptcy ... more going behind the scenes I believe.
