I've coached a lot. This analogy doesn't work.

Bottom line. We own the company. The BOD is supposed to represent us. The management works for us.

Taking care of the employees is obviously fundamental to getting the maximum return for the salaries and benefits we give them.

Providing value to our customers is a no brainer if we want to keep them and grow the business.

We as shareholders come first. We are the owners of the business. Don't let the distance between us and the actual offices and people running the business muddy your thinking.
