Except alot of selling to take profits. TADF needs a substantial contract, i.e. $100+ Million to make any move to above a penny. Then to keep it there, they will have to keep it up. With 6 billion shares authorized, it takes a lot revenue to move a stock. However, a move from here to a penny is still 14x the amount now. That's a pretty good reward if they can make it happen.
