I was thinking about NITE as well. From my research on these forums and others, NITE isn't really a known diluter like VERT. Maybe its vendors (IBM) getting their shares before the big news? Maybe its NITE just shorting over the news yesterday. NITE apparently has a reputation to go to diluted penny stocks and short on the day of the PR because they believe it will fall in the near future after the hype is over.
Who knows though! I'm just hoping i'm right with the IBM theory (or close to right).
