I am not even sure that gets them out. I think there si some crazy language that allows them to stay if they get one vote or something. I can't remember but it is just about impossible. IMO based on what I can remember, it may take a lawsuit to move them.
My gripe is different than most. The only reason I question what they are doing is two fold. One, they hide from shareholders and do virtually nothing to defend the stock. Two, they do not purchase any stock. I do not want them to purchase if they do not want to when the pps is or was high. But when we are under attack, get in there and buy a $100,000 worth. Even if the company has to loan you the money if you do not have it. If you can't step up and show the public you are willing to buy then why should the public buy?
