OTC CEO's love to do things like that stunt to give the appearence of a larger company. Not to mention the illusion that they care about investors.

Generally the criteria for having a vote is a threshold that no investors meet. Except of course, those on the BOD.

They usually just go to the NOBO list and see who has the most shares and then set the terms for a vote higher than that single investor.

It is no different than 99% of the other things they say. It is only half the truth, or couched in such a manner that they can weazel out of it if ever pinched.

I.e., "We have no plans to do an R/S".

Which clearly means we have no plans at the moment I stated this to you. Tomorrow is a different story all together.

He did not say Never. Huge distinction.

Many many companies have had products on the shelf. It is the greatest way in the world to sell shares and allow the CEO's to have an endless supply of money to do with whatever they choose.
