Paying off debt with stock and effectively diluting shareholders is not quite as good as generating revenue and profits. All the debt reduction does is clean up the balance sheet and create yet another opportunity to use PR for selling stock.
Looking at the trades over the past 2-3 days......the ongoing PR has a VERY short shelf life for sure.
