TLON - I have read the filing and never stated that there would be dilution but that there is a greater possibilty now. What I did state is that dilution before this adjustment to the authorized number of shares made no sense.

And while the bulk of the newly authorized shares will be slated to cover DF and WP preferred stock, it does increase the amount of stock available in the treasury from around 9 million to around 140 million shares.
