Appears to include a bit of sleight of hand since the report is classified as an annual report with an ending date of 31 Aug 2011! That is over 7 months ago! To say it is late would be a huge understatement. If this is the annual then we should have seen the next 10Q ending 30 Nov 11 months ago as well as the more recent 10Q ending 29 Feb 12. I suspect that somewhere buried in this mountain of fluff is a statement that EVGI changed the span of their fiscal years.

However, the impact of this is clear ... zero revenue and the can just got kicked down the road because with an ending date this long ago, EVGI can say our mineral recovery operations occurred after the ending date and therefore are not contained herein.

IMO this is simply a ploy to be investors waiting while EVGI burns.
