Yes it is, I visited the mine around this time last year.

Like I said, I would do some serious DD and get on down to Ensenada to get a real grasp on CWRN and where all the money comes from to buy equipment, fuel to move dirt around, pay salaries, etc.. Credible DD would be my first priority.. gltu

Pretty sure the weather this time of year is quite nice and mild..
