TLON - I agree thanks for bringing this back to my attention. This stock holder meeting and the plans to increase the number of authorized shares was announced a while ago. In fact it was part of my arguement that no dilution would occur around the time of the FDA panel hearing, I forgot that date of the meeting.

With this meeting and anticipated approval of this motion, I do believe we may see some dilution going into the 5-13 FDA decision date.
