I've been as critical as anyone here. The stop sign is not good. The lack of a late notification is even worse. Agreed. This is big news though. There's no reason for a guy with this resume to join Tivus if he didn't think it was a big winner. It sounds like he's been behind the scenes for awhile already based on his Linkedin profile. He came from a successful company in this industry that he helped build and hopefully he is the business mind we've been lacking. Now, maybe SP can concentrate on what he does best and let this guy worry about the business side. It's a solid move anyway you look at it. Will dilution follow? It usually does. We need the contract now.
