Bravo! You are correct. I purchased my shares after the other ones were deregistered, and of course no longer available on the market.
The shares that are being sold now are clearly not the ones that were deregistered because those are not allowed to be sold.
And strangely some think it odd for a company to deregister shares, sell off part ownership to clear debt, and still remain in business as a corporation and sell new shares as though they are starting all over again unusual....
