I think that when finally the investment community stops making excuses for OPMG Mgmt and their inability to capitalize on golden gooses that are laid before their very eyes the PPS might stabilize and trade sideways-up.
OPMG has been touted as having the best Board of Directors in Pennyland, if they dont capitalize on an Anti-Texting concert where they are a sponsor during April, The "National Distracted Driving Awareness Month" the mgmt and BOD has to be called into question in my opinion. If they cant help organize a national event and run the business at the same time there are bigger underlying issues IMO, all stemming from mgmt.

My take on the lack of communication -- it seems to me that this latest project -- working with Global Max. and Spanish River Highschool is a monumental amount of work to get this off the ground properly. I think Phoneguard is involved with this concert far more than we investors think

Actually, everything worked out exactly as planned. After a month of endless speculation surrounding this event, everyone looked at each other and said "now what". Oh ya, maybe we check in to find out exactly what our company is doing. It finally got people to ask the tough questions of the right people, OPMG management.

Ever stop and think if a high school kid did not hand over this concert opportunity what these guys would be doing? Scary...do they have a business plan?

No, I'm not from Boca and if I was Frohman would be looking for a dentist right now. He's in over his head everyone knows it...St. Clair, the BOD, and Illume. He certainly brings no credibility when dealing with major carriers, government, and insurance companies. Heck, he'd probabaly have to go out and buy a tie.

When the merger was announced do you think it was coincidence his name was not mentioned anywhere? No, he's much better suited to run a pawn shop with his cash for gold gig. In the picture above with the Biebs, you know he's thinking he wants to lock down the gold chain Justin is wearing. Everyone on this board was thrilled he was on his way out and now somehow, he's the one that's taking the company to the promised land...even more frighttening.

I have no problem playing the bad cop if it gets the job done. You'd be amazed how many so called "executives" do the right thing when they know people are paying attention.
