Funny you mention the music library - because the exact same claims were made about that incredibly valuable asset (LOL) when EMXC owned it. For example, here:

you can see it was supposed to provide the collateral for a $50 million loan (which was actually a stock sale, but never mind.) Of course, the library is junk and no loan (or whatever) materialized.

It's interesting to read that post to see the genesis of the MPIX deal as well, and the connection with Gilman Metals.

So, as you see, from the very beginning MPIX has been tied into deals that DON'T HAPPEN.
