Sure there is, we just had a nearly 200 million share day the other day and a bunch of .0004s got bought and that was without news. Good news will be a 600m share day and push way higher. Good luck

No one's buying 3's to flip...If you watch level 2 you will see that all the real volume is at 3...but they will buy small "paints" at 0004 to make the bid go up to 0003..once it builds up to couple mil shares..they dump 3's into it.

This is people selling their 1's and 2's at 3 and making people think the company is diluting, to get them to sell at 2 and buy them up...as well as scare you off their easy flip...read these boards, look at the same people that show up to bash at the same range...and then flip and pump a few days later.
