CBIS did NOT lie to you. The simple truth is that patient 2 had not formally notified CBIS of the biopsy news until yesterday. Your email to them was answered truthfully, for as much as they knew at the time you sent the email, the patient had not notified them nor given them authority to release. This has always been the patient's prerogative.
I am not into arguing with you. I am into celebrating with the patient for the news that her cancer is gone is worth more than $$$$.
