no, it wasn't, it's my opinion they have not been honest with their shareholder's. turn away investors? seriously, this stock has traded 40k shares today, about 3650 bucks. i don't think anyone is interested. being in the oil business, you should know that the nail in the coffin is biogas put out by erhc and they have no cash.

what could you have done with 45 million? i bet you could have bought up leases and had about 15 horizontals by now producing oil and the jdz would be a minor glitch.

they have a lot of nerve even suggesting to be elected. this stock will not move until they put out something positive and with rodman sitting on the ask at .09, they will make sure of it.

Well... they are not going to turn away this investor. I now remember why I stop reading the board. I will stop once again and come back once in awhile. GLTA long or short or somewhere in between

At the very least, it’s an own goal for anyone who is long ERHE, or claims to be.

I am not a lawyer, just been in the oil business 44 years, but was his comments close to " slander, liable, and a direct attempt to turn away possible investors, like some others ?

The reaction of vip1999 suggests that this sort of talk - at the very least - drives posters off of this board. I can think of numerous others. So it is quite logical to assert that this would turn away any investors who might read this board while considering buying or selling ERHE.

Public reputation is vital to a public company. Investing is largely based upon the perception of potential investors, which in the case of ERHC are mostly retail individuals. Rumours and unfair accusations can be quite damaging, especially from those who claim to speak with authority.

I've made a point during my time here to countering what I thought were unfair attempts to discredit ERHC and its management. I appreciate the opportunity Investorshub has provided me to respond.
