so Bao came back again as i reported for another go round and bobs last report was the pic w Bao Brazil Pres / Bao USA on Mar 29 looking very chummy w manager/worldwide procurement Zhao and an email that bob would report on bao before long

I believe that was in reference to a long term agreement; Bao is still a buyer on an order by order basis, presumably at spot vs. contracted price. JMO.
