I believe that everyone here is on the same page. Yes they are objections but they have to back them up and they won't or can't.

We all know this is just a little BS. Also no hearing has been scheduled, We knew long before a hearing that one would be scheduled. Also only the BLM received a response back from the DRMS saying if they want the DRMS will schedule a hearing right now. There were no responses to either powell or hennis that I have found.
