All this information is from Lowtrade and yet none of it applies to SUGO, he made it clear the run is over and now the trading is done again. He incorrectly identified a "dark side" play here when it was really nothing more than several groups creating an artificial run. The note holders dumped into it and now the bagholders have too many shares. Worse yet is the company had a really bad 10K, nevermind it was late in filing it and now further debt conversions are occurring pushing the now over supplied security down further.
There is no bounce here, this is certainly no pond fishing play, in fact none of the trading actions fit what just happened except an artificial run followed by the common dump afterwards.
