I don't dispute any of that, but they are selling some product and their breakeven point is low. IMO this is the perfect time for someone to buy them out. And they will be acretive to earnings for whoever buys them. In a year from now, they will be selling the Migraine and Sore Throat products as well. And they will be a more costly acquisition at that time. So it all depends on if they can get the current offer price increased, otherwise they will probably just continue with their business plan.
