this is my thinking as well, wouldn't CBIS releasing the information without consent of the patient be a violation of their HIIPA rights? Maybe they waived it or maybe not, but we do not know! Yet, people still put words into CBIS mouth

That's my point. CBIS never stated that they would release the results.They never promised anything that I can find.
