Have to provide a fair and balanced perception of the company. Otherwise a newbie comes along and would get the impression that everything is great with the company, that they have never done anything wrong. You know, pesky little details like paying for the items they ordered from suppliers, paying their auditors, paying their staffing company, oh yea, almost forgot, paying their taxes. Fair and balanced, that's all, nothing more.
I didn't even mention the unloading of millions of shares, luxury vehicles, failing to file their quarterly's, etc. And who can forget the 2 reverse splits to get to 4/10's of a penney.
Fair and balanced. No one should really question that.
IMHO
