I liked the response from "rush"......to the point
The spin is art sales, or lack thereof created the impairment. His point was that GKG sales are minimal, but VSPC expects shareholders to believe art sales were LOWER than expected.
GKG sales aren't LOWER than expected?
I just wonder if all those rumors about VSPC management loading the message boards with posters is true. They seem to just relay spin, they never relay info from a concerned shareholder point of view.......just like Kevin.
Skype rooms have some interesting things to say about Karl and the gang!
Do you see that you freakin lightbulb stealers it says IPA owns it locations so the only center is VSPC office.. the VGE land lease is seperate.
So call Jan up again and ask him why the company pays $36,OOO for a PO BOX... he is lying to you or you are. That is $3000 a month for a PO Box... they could have leased and actual office for that much.
The only way they can say that is true is if they are all writing off their home office expenses using a formula that computes the ratio of there home office room(s) Square footage in comparison to their total home square footage to derive a percentage of their bills that they would legally be able to deduct and I don't think you can do that in a public company.
Even companies that offer what are known as a PO Box office suites where many companies can utilize and share generic office space and conference rooms that include a Call center service that answers your phone with your company name and screens you rcalls fowarding only the ones you want charges only $700 a month at the high end.
