they diluted the ........ out of SNDY all the way down to under .001
I dont think it matters at what price they started diluting and I am not soo sure you are right about that but regardless they diluted - also if you go way back SNDY I believe did reverse split and the stock tanked - hopefully not a rinse and repeat
