That is a different they have 2800 or 2400 share under sec u can't do a form 15 in which they try it look like they have be fully report they got bad legal advise IMO Mpix has less then 500 sharehold so they wont run in that problem and they current with pinksheet EMXC was just limted and if u look at EMXC for the past year they been trying to do a form 15 they keep getting rejected that why i think they got legal advise!!!! GO MPIX
