You don't need to sit in a chair looking at a computer screen all day to place trades. If you trade in a differnt market. Big board exchanges allow using trailing stop orders. Which trade the stock for you. I place buy stop orders the night before and follow up with trailing stops, the day closed. Live life and let my plan and computers do the trading.

Need a hour or two to locate weekly watch stocks, minutes to see moves to strong watch. 15 minutes to chart trading plan. Then standing buy orders placed, the night moved to strong watch, with a quick EOD check and trailing stop, when in. And the rest of your time is your own.

Taking those beatings sensitizes ya! Helps build a cautious mindset. I'm glad I've had my ass handed to me a few times. I'm even more glad I haven't been wiped out up until this point.
