In case you forgot: At $0.33, the share price is still down 18% in the past two days and is down 82% from the Jun 2011 post-approval high..
As long as there are investors who are willing to believe the company’s promises that greatness is just around the corner, FCSC can probably continue to muddle through with more dilutive financings, but the cumulative effect of these transactions is not much different from a bankruptcy filing for pre-existing shareholders.
