Oh it told me a lot that I didn't know. They clearly stated that they intent to file their audited 10k's and they will move to the OTCBB. Overall this is good because they just could have gone quiet. Below 10 cents this is a good trading opp now IMO. So in that sense I'm disagreeing with you on this. Of course nothing is a sure thing with these companies.
