The stock holders board meeting is set for end of April and they are supposed to vote on this.

The fact that the company wants this is reflected bad for investors.

It will keep coming down I think untill we know what the meeting will produce. don't get me wrong I have millions of shares in ATTD.

Think about it, look how many good news we have and we still going down.
