The company and value has not changed overnight. We just need to figure out why no filing.

I am still confident that I am in a winner here. I am not selling.... not a single share.
Shoot... they filed the first 3 quarters.... on time... there is an explanation for this.... and it may be they are taking the company private. The Nevada SOS went in default Dec 31, 2011.... they have not bothered to pay the $500 fee to update it.

You know... the compaany certainly has a plan.... just because we all came along in February and boosted the PPS..... this company must have been planning something.
