Amen J. This is something you, me and many others have talked about for a few years now. Ya can't sell something if people don't know it's for sale!
The company has always insisted the emphasis should be on store owners and clerks to care enough about the product to pimp it for the company. Guess what, they have plenty of other companies that want their product pushed. They could care less about WB in particular. Without telling customers it's there, what it is and what it does with emphasis on the value of the big bottle....waste of time, energy and money (that they don't have).
