Check out post 4242 on raging bull. There appears to have been some dillution (now up to a total of 60M OS, estimated) at the end of July, beginning of August--thus the dip in SP.

Seems to be over now, and 3 of 5 CDs were retired through this dillution. I think it was a good move.
