I come up with .0004/.0005. If there was all this value we would be at .04/.05. That's not speculation. RR is right companies DO NOT uplist with bloated SS. Just look at the history of pinks. Just because WL said no last year means nothing. All pinks have the same trend. That's a fact! The auditing company most certainly will recommend a RS, probably 100:1 or 200:1. It's coming unfortunately. That's just what they do.
