My words to the T, this is so true, especially on MMTE Board.

management ignores dilution, J and tells there's no dilution needed for the funding.

even this week I had to read from peeps on the MB that there's no dilution.

now we have to be happy that we see dilution + when we report it, it's an agenda.

100's of bagholders have been created in this so-called no dilution period and nobody,
really nobody has had the time/chance to get out during the fall.
not on 1 occasion! very well orchestrated and beneficial if you are pulling the strings but not for the shareholders.
and again, for the 10th time, this dilution goes hand in hand with short selling. (which also must be a good thing then - death spiraling is good for a stock! lol)

for the out of the box thinkers; the lower the PPS is kept, the lower will be the reward in the future.
another good reason for downward manipulation.

share holders of Lithium one don't have a big payday either.

Risk vs Reward

No whining here Sir from us, just saying no company uplists with 10 B O/S
Stop using stock price evaluations based on concessions. Start realizing that pink sheet companies work to produce shares, turn the company into something ready to be successful and then correct their share structure ( if bloated like MMTE ) as they implement the final plan for future success.

In this case it seems like uplisting along with other good news but I highly doubt you will see the company's success coincide with current share holders success.
We got our run last year for success now it's the companies turn and I feel that soon success comes in the form of a RS with the uplisting.
It is a very valid point and is the blueprint of many a pink sheet stock from the companies initial inception.

It must be understood and highly considered or one must reconsider their own personal understanding of the pink sheet market and it's function as an incubator for embryonic start ups.

One great thing with MMTE is that they have the real deal it seems, just gotta make sure one doesnt fall in love with this fact alone.

Hope this helps some people invest better or just see a different, additional view of how start up companies function down here in the pinks.....
