(FYI: Angie Tassan is the sister of Edward "Eddie" Vakser --CEO of PBS Holding (PBHG) and it's parent company Artfest International (ARTS). Eddie, Angie and her husband Scott Tassan are the three clowns running this circus). To clarify: uploading something on an obscure satellite TV channel, Internet Protocol TV (IPTV) or Internet radio channel that no one is likely to ever find means a lot of hype and hooey and no profits.

I invite you all to take a long hard look at the performance of these characters and their stock performance histories. The pre-season television roll out will begin in January 2011 on major networks and will continue with 8 live televised games per weekend in April through July 2011. The content will feature documentaries and interviews featuring all the current teams, their history and statistics. Each team will feature their own "behind the scenes reality show," and will participate with a UWFL Fantasy Football League. The league will also produce a "Pro Bowl," as well as compete in the International "American Football" Championship held in Europe."

"WILL BE TELEVISED." Did any of these promised TELEVISED broadcasts ever happen? Really? Where's the proof? Do you see any mention of ARTS/ PBHG/ VAKSER or their television on any website associated with the UWFL. If so, why has ARTS been grey sheeted/ caveat emptor/ ZERO activity for months now? Dig deeper and look at the court judgments against them, the evictions and the pending $800,000 lawsuit. Remember, this is the same group of hucksters that tried this UWFL television scam on their own investors --and which failed miserably-- and which they're now recycling to Roxy and YOU.

In March Roxana supposedly signed an agreement with Eddie Vakser's PBHG subsidiary "Starfest Direct" --a site created in July 2010 but with no measurable web traffic and still nothing for sale. The purpose of the joint venture is for Vakser to (a-hem) "sell" Roxana's music via Starfest's direct selling/ network marketing program. Problem is, Eddie has no sales force.. never really ever had despite assurances they'd number in the thousands and be generating millions long before now. All he has ever really sold are hair brained grandiose PR's to dumb schmuck wannabe pinkie flippers.

So Eddie and Roxana decide to start a quid-pro-quo dance. Roxana gives Eddie an excuse to issue his first PR in months. And, mysteriously, one sale of $2k gets booked to lift PBHG up 275% in one day --after being zero volume for months! NOW Roxie gets the gift of a recycled PR from Eddie today regarding his failed girlie football TV venture. See how this works?
