I thought those shares were already accounted for in the SDVI O/S.

Another scenario would they want to completely destroy all shareholder value and drive the price down to no bid. That may be more likely cause that seems to be the direction they are headed.

Maybe to allow wiggle room to bring graff shares back in with dividend swap back to sdvi?

There is hopefully a better reason than to simply bite the bunny.
