Lol if only it worked that way....I think its more of anticipation of a big run and the fact that CBIS is now popping up on a lot of daytraders and swing traders scans due to its rescent activity and technicals and are getting in before the run while the others do a search at the end of the day for biggest percent gainers under a buck and Chase the stock up even more.
