I know people who have traded the same stock on both markets; if you own them you can trade them wherever you want, DEP or DPLY. Why the bid & ask are different is because someone put them there by their choice. I will play whichever one has the highest bid. Deploy is on both markets and you can sell on either one, “ask your broker.”
