ky, I like your thinking about LBSR, NAK, HDI, etc., because you always include factors that are usually left out. These are that among the participants in the big picture there can be trust, friendship, an intention to work honestly together. The cynical view of some, for all their pride in being realists, is sometimes unrealistic just because it leaves out these factors. "Cowboy ethics," such as you bring into your analysis is sometimes the key to making sense of a business situation, especially when old geologists are involved.

On Cowboy Ethics, see:

ky, if I guess right these are your kind of people. Mine too.

KY Understood. Tend to agree with much of what you say. Appreciate the sharing of your DD. Very insighful. Thanks for your response. I just wish I was a fly on Larry's and JB walls right now. There is a lot of speculation regarding JV'and how and when they are going to use the 10m credit line. With everything we do know I am still cautiously optimistic.

Agree on the excellent relationship between JB and RT. There is a reason why NAK converted all their expenses so far as a loan and sitting tight with an open ended JV. IMHO, JB and RT are planning for something VERY BIG once Pebble gets permitted. It's been two years since our relationship with NAK and they have only showed MORE INTEREST in our claims.

Meanwhile, JB is moving aggressively on HM. This all seems like a once in a lifetime opportunity for me..LOAD UP and SIT TIGHT!
