Hi Neo ~ wish I could tell you who or why - can only say, IMO, we will not move substantially till we get the PR that gives us enough volume to launch..and that takes us out of their grasp.
We need that PR to give us the NEWS we have been waiting for... uplist - jv/merger or a combo of either... till then I can only fall back on the DD - location of concessions and who we have on our team...
It is no fun waiting while we are seeing movement for our peers...
