VSHC .0016 I have been monitoring this stock for quite some time, last few weeks virtually no shares under .001, last year this traded .0021-.0049 and since has been down on light volume, news released this year in Feb 2012 shows that this stock is indeed active, big financials and very cheap pps in the healthcare business as per conference call last year it was mentioned that 17 million revenue expected , a net income of 1.4 million along with low liability. With new Gov't run healthcare in the United States, this will profit well.
