It depends,

wonder what would happen to share price if each investor were to (hypotheticlly) purchase 25% more shares now!

at minimum it would provide support, but as the cheap shares ran out, there would be share price appreciation.

Many here have reported buying more shares, and surely we have seen a considerable portion of the outstanding shares trade hands sub-20 cents, and for the last six months sub-10 cents.

That we've run flat for six months demonstrates there have been enough buyers willing to accommodate the sellers.

Personally I just want to buy below 10 cents, if and when we break-out and are up 50% to 100%, I don't want to be trying to jump on a moving train. I'll let the herd of traders we attract do that job.
