Draconis, EMXC has been sent to the Grey Sheets for "The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of eMax Worldwide due to a lack of current and accurate information because it has not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission and because eMax Worldwide has more than 300 shareholders of record."

The time for EMXC to have been proactive was before the Suspension because no Market Maker will ever take the risk of sponsoring the stock, circumstantially shown that no Grey Sheet stock of the hundreds has ever made it back from the Grey Sheets, to my knowledge.
