I do not think that a company makes an official announcement about anything with out documentation to prove the statements with all the i's dotted and t's crossed. Most penny stocks have dropped to the penny or less value for certain reasons. And the company makes moves to get the prices back up, and rid themselves of debt. The moves that this company has made and just in my opinion, and I think most would agree were to do just that. They didn't sell the boat just a little cargo. And the ship is still sailing. Now they are on to more adventures, and with greater promise. Baby steps.... Who knows where this voyage will take this ship.
If there was a plan to just call it quits it would make sense to just detail that out and not continue to have a website, and offer services do business as usual.
