So ByWisdom and Destinator, etc.: There you have it. According to Pastorboy, the Venture regulators see nothing wrong with what is going on with EXS and that is what was reported from TD Ameritrade as well. Who else would you elevate your assertions too? The broker dealer and exchange handling these trades have spoken. So based on those facts, what can be done? As I have stated, I highly doubt that someone would be so blatant to be doing this openly. Sorry to say, but I firmly believe trading 500 share lots at a half a cent below the last trade is perfectly legal and anyone can do it as long as they have the stock to trade. Its an open market and anyone can sell or buy at "The Market". Just be thankful they have not dumped it all at once. That's my opinion.
