sure but they were losing money quarter after quarter at 7$.. It was only going to go down.. But weve already hit bottom, and company is on its way to PROFITABILTY. Fair valuation for a buyout is still necessary. And sure shares can be dumped.. But insiders are now allowed to buy as well. It goes both ways...

Good Point, but wasn't most of that due to Kaaza which was purchased before last year? They got rid of them. You have even commented on that and the benefit of shedding the albatros Kaaza.

My point being, if they wanted out and wanted to get us all, they would file BK and be done. Take their payouts in court and leave. Right?

I would like to believe there is more here than meets the eye.

The paperwork filed mirrors just about every merger I looked at today. I have looked at 3-4. The only thing I don't see is a buyer which is inconsistent with other mergers.

I'm long on ATRN still holding my shares. That said I do have to say you're right about that. The shareholders from the Naz took it hard if they weren't able to get out quickly. I think that was the collateral damage of BD's intentional drowning of Atrinsic via Kazaa.
