i put nothing into a dividend as i have experienced the restricted dividend before but i do believe other significant exto/bayp events will get us going imo. and very shortly.

How exactly does a company that loses money offer a dividend? They have no cash to offer and stock dividends are simply more dilution that reduces the PPS.
