The only proven is that MMTE needs to hire Tesla's pr firm. ;) Don't get me wrong, I think the Tesla is pretty darn sweet. But proven?

On the site you shared, the say go to sleep and charge overnight (what, 8-10 hrs) for 250 miles?! Edmunds.com says Tesla claims a 30min charge will get you 160 miles. That's like letting your horse rest for the next day's journey. I'll take my 5 min gas up with my Saturn Relay2 for now. Never mind the starting price of the Tesla is a bit pricey.
